BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY T.O.S.

✦Minor Gore
✦Drug Usage or Implications
✦Couple/Group Art (an extra 50% will be charged per additional body)WHAT I WON'T DRAW:
✦Hate Art
✦Heavy Gore
✦Humans
✦Mech
✦Feral Art
✦NSFW or Fetish Art

PAYMENTS:
✦ I accept Paypal, Zelle, and Venmo as Payment Methods
✦ I ask for payment upfront to prevent scams
✦ This payment becomes non-refundable after the sketch is approved
✦Refunds will only be an option if you order a physical badge and it does not arrive after 3 weeks of being mailed out. In that case, you can request a 30% refund

ART TRADE INFORMATION:
✦ If you are interested in art trades, please understand that I will only trade with people who are at an art level close to my own so that it is a fair trade
✦Do not be rude if I deny your request to trade, you will be blacklisted
✦I can trade digital art or physical badges
✦If we do a badge trade, you must be able to send me the badge and I will send you yours

OTHER TERMS:
✦ I have the right to refuse any commission/trade for any reason including the contents of the requested commission/trade or the behavior of the client
✦My work process can take from 1 week - 1 month. Please understand I am also a student and working (commission or trade statuses can be viewed on my Commission/Trade Queue)
✦ Digital images will be sent through whichever method of communication you contact me through. I can send you a better-quality image through email upon request
✦ Changes to the art can only be made before the lining process. Please do not hesitate to let me know if there is something you'd like me to change, that point will be your only opportunity
✦ CREDIT ME WHEN POSTING YOUR ART TO ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. Do not remove my watermark, trace, or claim my art as your own. You will be blacklisted.
